Before starting with the build of a new shopping district in Venlo, archaeological research was done. The results of this research are enclosed in a spherical exhibition called: Venlo, Vennelo, Sablones – Twenty Centuries of living at the Meuse.

A very intriguing photo exhibition will be shown in the Limburgs Museum. This exhibition includes forty photographs, some with text. The photo’s document the resurgence of the Jewish rite of immersion, in a ritual bath.
